The first public release. A native iOS app for scouting, saving, and planning the shots you want to come back for.

  • Spot library — Drop a pin in seconds, then add notes, photos, tags, priority, and scouted or photographed status.
  • Lists — Group spots by trip, project, subject, or neighborhood with colors and emojis, and share a list with a link.
  • Interactive map — Browse your whole library at a glance and filter by any attribute in map or list view.
  • Solar compass — Sunrise, sunset, golden hour, and blue hour for any spot, with an interactive sun path and an AR preview.
  • Weather — Check conditions for a spot before you make the drive.
  • Framelines camera — Preview real-world framing for your gear, simulate focal lengths and aspect ratios, and capture reference shots with full metadata.
  • Light meter — Meter a scene right from the app.
  • Widgets — Save a spot from the home screen without opening the app, and see your spots at a glance.
  • Siri & Shortcuts — Save and open spots by voice or from your own automations.
  • iCloud sync — Private sync through your own iCloud account with CloudKit.
  • Import & export — CSV and GPX in and out, so your library stays yours.
  • Offline ready — Full functionality without a connection, with Apple Maps offline map support.
  • Premium — Optional cosmetic unlocks: alternate app icons, custom list and library backgrounds, and global themes.
