PhotoSpots is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store applications.

Summary

The agreement grants you a nontransferable license to use PhotoSpots on Apple devices you own. You cannot copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app. PhotoSpots is provided "as is" without warranty, and we are not liable for damages resulting from your use.

Additional PhotoSpots Information

• Your location data, notes, and photos are yours to own and control
• All data is stored locally on your device by default
• Optional iCloud sync uses Apple's CloudKit with your private account

• In-app purchases are processed by Apple per their standard terms
